We’ve opened our doors in Edinburgh’s charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all-day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro-inspired cinema, a flexible and super-size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. • Be the go-to person for wedding and social groups & events clients, managing your bookings from hello to happily-ever-after - from proposals and negotiations, to contracts, invoices, planning special days, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Lead show rounds for prospective couples and showcase The Hoxton at familiarisation events and trade shows, making them fall in love with Hox before the big day even starts.
• Know our operation inside out and give hotel teams the handovers they actually want - all the details they need to deliver wow-worthy guest experiences.
• Work solo and with the team to smash targets, spot opportunities, tackle challenges, and help our revenue glow-up.
• Use your insider Hoxton know-how to win hearts (and bookings) while keeping the team up to speed.
• Bring your eagle eye for detail to our booking systems, tracking enquiries, generating contracts, invoices, function sheets, taking deposits, and keeping everything neat and up to date for smooth handovers.
• Build brilliant relationships with clients and suppliers, truly understand guest needs, follow up like a pro, and create opportunities to upsell without being pushy.
• Be a true Hoxton ambassador, keeping the guest experience front and centre in everything you do.
