Off to Work are delighted to be recruiting a receptionist for a beautiful 34-bedroom boutique hotel located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town.
This charming hotel features elegant en-suite bedrooms, stylish private dining and meeting rooms, and two impressive banqueting suites, all supported by warm, attentive service.

The Role
As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Dealing with reservations enquiries by email and telephone
• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Processing guest payments
• Handling guest enquiries with professionalism and care
• Providing recommendations and local knowledge about Edinburgh

Experience with Guestline / Rezlynx front office systems would be beneficial, though full training will be provided. Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is required.
