St Monica Trust is seeking a part‑time Resident Support Assistant to deliver hospitality, housekeeping and catering within a care home environment. This role is not a care or nursing position and focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service.
Hours total 12 per week with weekend shifts; pay is £13.48 per hour plus a weekend enhancement. You will work as part of a one-team approach across the home and support residents and visitors in a warm, respectful manner.
