Night Hotel Receptionist​/Part-Time

Location: City of Edinburgh

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Front of House Team at Easy Hotel in the centre of Edinburgh.

We require an enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our small hotel.

This is a part-time role of approximately 80 hours per month, some flexibility is required over weekdays and weekends, specifically we are looking for someone to be available on Fridays and Saturdays. Shift hours 8:00PM – 8:00AM (12 hours shift).

The role requires that you have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting people.

Reporting directly to the manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Supporting with day-to-day operations.

* Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.

* Dealing with guest queries and complaints.

* Managing night linen deliveries. Ensuring the site remains safe and secure throughout the night.

* Ensuring positive guest experiences.

* Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system).

* Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

* Support the Hotel Manager in daily Operations.

The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the hostel or hotel industry and be happy with flexible working.

Customer service skills and having the right attitude are more important to us than experience as training will be provided. Nevertheless, experienced candidates will have an advantage.
