Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a friendly and proactive Door & Luggage Attendant to greet guests as they arrive and set the tone for their stay. You’ll help with luggage, provide local recommendations, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well looked after from check-in through departure.
In this on-site role you’ll learn our hotel inside-out, coordinate with teammates, keep spaces tidy, and respond with warmth and attentiveness to every guest.
