Banqueting Waiter - Prestonfield House, Edinburgh

Prestonfield House, one of Scotland's most exclusive luxury hotels and holder of the AA's supreme accolade of Five Red Stars, is seeking Waiters to join the Banqueting team for star-studded charity events, award ceremonies, and celebrations.

Prestonfield has an impressive Banqueting operation that we are hugely proud of. Based in our prestigious 500-seat Stables events venue.

Built in 1687 by the King's architect Sir William Bruce as the private residence of Edinburgh's Lord Provost, Prestonfield today is celebrated for its opulent interiors and historic grandeur. With 18 individually designed bedrooms, 5 luxurious suites, 3 historic private dining rooms, the celebrated Rhubarb restaurant, and the circular Georgian Stables Ballroom, Prestonfield is renowned for its heritage, elegance, and award-winning hospitality.

• This is a zero-hours position offering competitive hourly rates of £12.00-£13.00 per hour

As a Banqueting Waiter you will assist our Stables management team with event preparation; planning and running your own sections. Similar banqueting experience is beneficial however we will provide extensive training and will help you to develop your skills in a nurturing environment.

Candidates should have Scotland Licensing & Social Responsibility Training or candidates will be required to complete Scotland Licensing & Social Responsibility Training during probationary period.
