Key Responsibilities

  • Able to act as a manager on duty during night shift ensuring all team members perform the tasks assigned to them.
  • Conduct briefing for all Night Shift staff.
  • Direct and oversee all operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Monitors rooms’ standards in general, working through the respective Head of Department to take corrective action where necessary.
  • Check rooms and make sure any special requests are carried out accordingly.
  • Ensures the strict control of room keys.
  • Ensures that public areas are clean and up to standard.
  • Cooperate with the housekeeping department to improve guest service experience.
  • Deals with guest complaints and be able to find a solution to it.
  • Ensures accurate completion of night audit in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
  • Prepares daily night summary reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in Hospitality/Management or related field preferred.
  • 2-4+ years of progressive hotel operations experience
  • Proven track record in improving operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience with international hospitality brands preferred
