Picture this: the doors open, and you’re the first friendly face our night guests see. You welcome them with warmth, check them in smoothly, and before long they’re feeling right er, you might be recommending your favourite local spot, helping a couple discover a hidden gem, or making sure a weary traveller has everything they need for a good night’s sleep.

Every shift is unique, new guests, new stories, new chances to make someone’s stay special. As a Night Guest Service Team Member, you’re more than part of the team - you’re part of the memories our guests will take with them long after they leave.

The hotel is currently operating under an exclusive use agreement with the Government therefore the operations may be slightly different to that of a typical hotel.
