Front of House Assistant

We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Eden Locke, Edinburgh
.

Our teams bring our vision of soulful hospitality to life, creating memorable experiences for our guests across our locations in the UK and Europe.

24 hours per week, over 3 days

We believe in working flexibly, including flexibility around working days, weekends, bank holidays and working hours.

Eden Locke is a peaceful haven for sleeping, working and living, just minutes from Edinburgh’s main sights. Set behind a beautiful Georgian façade, our 72 apartments combine the comfort of home with thoughtful design and warm hospitality.

As a Front of House Assistant
, you will make sure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and supporting check ins and check outs
• Handling bookings, payments and guest requests
• Welcoming guests and helping in our F&B areas
• Delivering food and drinks and keeping the space clean and inviting
• Handling guest issues with a positive and solution focused approach
• Supporting events and activations
• Working flexibly across the hotel and supporting your colleagues
• Following hotel, health and safety and brand standards

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
• Friendly, confident and professional communication
• Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A positive, can do attitude and willingness to use your initiative
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Confidence using IT systems
