Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.

• Calm, professional and confident working independently overnight
• Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
• Flexible to work night shifts and support hotel operations.

• Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
• Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
• Ensure accurate night audit, reporting and financial controls
• Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
• Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team.

• Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, billing and reservations
• Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
• Monitor security, access and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams.

• Hourly Rate of £13.58
