Location: City of Edinburgh
Sodexo is seeking a Site Head Chef to lead culinary operations at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. You will manage a high‑volume hospitality and events program, creating seasonal menus inspired by Scottish produce grown in the RBGE Kitchen Garden.
In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll develop teams, control food cost and margins, ensure top quality and safety, and collaborate with horticultural colleagues to deliver exceptional visitor experiences across cafés, events and venues.
