Public Area Crew - YOTEL Edinburgh We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping - Public Area, 40 hours Fully Flexible At YOTEL, we deliver a different kind of stay - smartly designed spaces and a tech-forward approach that gives guests everything they need and nothing they don't. Purpose of the role As part of our Cabin Crew team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy, and looking their best throughout the day. You'll create a welcoming, hygienic, and safe environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities Clean and and maintain all public areas including the reception, corridors, lifts, stairs, guest toilets etc. Regularly check high-traffic areas to ensure standards are consistently met throughout shift. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Ensure all surfaces, floors, glass, and fixtures are clean and free from dust or marks. Support team members and communicate effectively with the wider YOTEL team Follow all health and safety, COSHH, and hygiene guidelines Always maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and colleagues What we're looking for Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally in a hotel or high-footfall environment A positive attitude and strong work ethic Great attention to detail and high standards Reliable, and ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of health and safety procedure.
