• Leading the team on shift, keeping service smooth, personal, and memorable.
• Ensuring that the guests feel at home, from check-in to check-out, and pitching in wherever they need a hand.
• Supporting and motivating your team, ensuring tasks and operations run seamlessly.
• Act as the person on duty across departments, making every guest experience effortless.
