The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking a Casual Bartender to join our distinguished team. Set in the heart of Scotland’s capital, our hotel is synonymous with timeless elegance, refined hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences.
The Person :- A polished and engaging hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service
- Confident communicator with a warm, guest-focused approach
- Detail-driven with strong presentation and service standards
- Calm, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced bar environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends & varying shifts.
- Deliver refined, memorable bar experiences from day to evening service
- Uphold the hotel luxury standards across all beverage operations
- Create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere for every guest
- Showcase strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails and wines
- Contribute creativity and flair to drink presentation and service.
- Prepare and serve drinks to exceptional quality and brand standards
- Provide personalised beverage recommendations and attentive service
- Maintain immaculate bar presentation, stock levels and equipment
- Upsell premium products through confident product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
- Hourly Rate of £12.96 & Tronc
