Reporting into our Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll take the lead on making sure our events spaces at The Hoxton, Edinburgh are always in full swing and running like a dream. You’ll be working across our spaces – from The Get Together, our super-flexible events room that’s become a go-to for everything from weddings to conferences, to its little sister The Apartment.

That’s our signature spot for meetings, private dinners, and all kinds of memorable get‑togethers, spread across four rooms with a shared living‑room‑style space at its heart.

You’ll be working across our spaces – from The Get Together, our super-flexible events room that’s become a go‑to for everything from weddings to conferences, to its little sister The Apartment.

We’ve opened our doors in Edinburgh’s charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all‑day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro‑inspired cinema, a flexible and super‑size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings.
