YourKey Responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
- Ensure that all in-house events and meetings run seamlessly - from weddings, dinners, and cocktail parties to conferences
- Deliver flawless service to ensure we meet the expectations of our discerning guests
- Making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering our standards of service.
- Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area
- Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards
