We are seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the leadership of the Housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable guest rooms, high-performing teams and consistent service excellence throughout the hotel

• An experienced housekeeping leader with a passion for luxury standards

• Support the Head Housekeeper in leading daily housekeeping operations
• Drive consistent guest room and public area standards
• Champion service excellence, productivity and engagement
• Lead by example during peak operational periods
• Support succession planning, training and departmental development.

• Supervise room quality, cleanliness standards and operational delivery
• Coach and develop housekeeping teams to achieve performance targets
• Monitor productivity, costs and supplier performance
• Respond proactively to guest feedback and quality issues
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety and sustainability policies.
