• Prepare guest bedrooms to exceptional standards before arrival.
• Ensure every room is clean, fresh, welcoming and beautifully presented.
• Respond positively to guest requests and communicate effectively with Reception and operational teams.
• Take pride in creating a memorable first impression for every guest.

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and allocated public areas thoroughly and efficiently.
• Replace guest amenities, linen and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in excellent condition.
• Follow all health and safety, COSHH and infection control procedures.
• Support periodic deep cleaning programmes.
• Maintain productivity whilst consistently delivering high standards.

• Participate in daily team briefings and continuous learning.
• Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to improving standards.

• Work collaboratively with Reception, Maintenance and all hotel departments.
• Communicate room status updates accurately and promptly.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
• Take pride in contributing to a positive, welcoming and professional culture.

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Positive, reliable and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel standards would be advantageous but not essential

• Consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent guest satisfaction relating to room quality.
• A reliable and collaborative member of the Housekeeping team.
