Sopwell House is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our luxury Georgian country house hotel in Hertfordshire. This full-time role covers shifts from 08:30 to 20:30, with weekends and bank holidays required.
You will be the welcoming ambassador, delivering high standards of guest care and accurate billing, while developing knowledge of all hotel facilities and services. Experience in a 4-/5-star luxury hotel and Opera PMS is preferred, with strong communication and organisational skills
