Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance

• Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind audits on UK Account Managers, Handlers, Executives managing UK Retail SME/Corp/Personal Lines clients. This is to ensure Gallagher Business Conduct is compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
• Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recom to teams on checklist creation, quality standards, and best practices for records keeping.mendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.
• Provide training and guidance

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
