We’re working with a large, well-established facilities management company who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join their mobile team.

This is a Monday–Friday role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites. It’s an excellent opportunity for a joiner who enjoys variety, stability, and long-term career prospects within a supportive FM environment.

The Role

* Carrying out planned and reactive joinery maintenance across commercial properties

* General fabric and building maintenance including doors, frames, locks, windows and fittings

* Minor repairs, adjustments and remedial works

* Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with company standards

* Liaising with site teams and clients where required

* Accurately completing job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified or time-served Joiner

* Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment

* Comfortable working in a mobile role across multiple sites

* Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to complete and clear a PVG check
