Salary: £32,000 - £55,000 (higher end for DV cleared candidates)

A leading Security Integration Company is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join their team. With nearly 30 years of expertise, the company provides bespoke security solutions to clients across sectors such as high security, commercial, government, and data centers. Operating from multiple hubs across the UK and EMEA, this trusted leader in the security industry is expanding its team.

As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing security systems at customer sites along the M4 corridor, from Reading to Swindon. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee the installation process from planning through to handover, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

• Plan, schedule, and execute the installation of security systems in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Review project details, ensuring equipment meets specifications, and address any issues with the Salesperson and customer.
• Monitor project progress, adhere to installation schedules, and communicate any changes to the Project Manager and customer.
• Complete commissioning, handover documentation, and provide training to end-users as required.
• Liaise with the Service Department to ensure smooth handover of completed installations.
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance and ensuring their professional development.
• Ensure all company vehicles and mobile equipment are well-maintained and in working order.

• Proven experience in installing electronic security systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel within the M4 corridor (Reading to Swindon).
• Full UK driving license.
• DV clearance (for higher salary range).
