Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE & Qualifications) + Overtime + Call-Out + Company Vehicle (Personal Use Allowed)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, covering Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based role working across a portfolio of commercial properties including offices, retail units, education sites, and public sector buildings.

As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas appliances and heating systems
• Fault-finding and diagnosing breakdowns
• Working on boilers, plant rooms, AHUs, and associated mechanical equipment
• Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Ensuring all work complies with current gas safety regulations
• Completing job reports and compliance documentation accurately
• Participating in a call-out rota (where required)

• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A)
• Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• LPG qualifications
• Oil qualifications
• Basic electrical or HVAC knowledge
• Experience with in FM or building services environments

This is a mobile position covering Edinburgh and surrounding areas, attending a range of commercial sites as part of a structured maintenance programme and reactive support service.
