Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio, a well-established and forward-thinking Mechanical Services and HVAC specialist is recruiting a Commercial Gas Engineer to support the ongoing expansion within their service division to covering Edinburgh and the East on a full time permanent basis. Benefits: £48k base salary (37hrs) 2PM Finish on a Friday NO ON-CALL Van with Personal use and No Tracker Significant autonomy and plenty of time on jobs with no helpdesk pestering you The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant & equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine service and maintenance of gas fired appliances and HVAC plant and equipment including boilers, water heaters, pump sets, press units etc. Perform mechanical work, including maintenance of pipework, seals, pumps, and pressurisation units. Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites. Essential requirements:
Served recognised apprenticeship ACS Commercial Gas qualified Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing and repair work Good problem-solving skills Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills Full UK Drivers Licence Willing to work overtime Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
