Mitie, Units 13 & 14 (5 & 6 The Roundal), Roddinglaw Business Park, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 9DB

Carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparing walls and performing minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.

Erect access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening as and when required to protect the environment and people.

Monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensuring all works are carried out within the approved budget, and painting and decorating equipment is best utilised, kept clean, and reused.

Recognised qualification or a minimum of 5 years checkable experience in painting and preferentially a recognised apprenticeship.

Organised, self‑motivated, with good communication and customer service skills.

A full driving licence is preferred (but not essential).
