Job Summary

We are looking for authentic, engaging, and charismatic individuals to join as a Bartender on our Distillery bar. You will deliver a high‑quality bar experience and support other visitor‑focused activities, providing every visitor with an exceptional experience.

• Deliver a high quality bar experience and support visitor activities.
• Act as an advocate for Edinburgh Gin, enhancing visitor experience.
• Communicate effectively with visitors, using bar‑tending and mixology expertise.
• Collaborate with the team, showing professionalism and product knowledge.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

• Effective communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Proven bar‑tending and mixology experience.
• Professional demeanor and strong product knowledge.
• Team player with initiative and a positive work attitude.
• Available to work seven days per week, flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have full eligibility documentation to live and work in the UK.

• Hourly rate of £13.45.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Permanent role: approx. 32 hours per week, 4–5 days, including evenings and weekends.
• Seasonal roles:
  June to 31 August 2026, full‑time hours, 4–5 days, including evenings and weekends.
