Salary: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year (DOE)

Hours:

40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance
• Maintenance/repairs on general gas kit, unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site
• Maintain on-site logbooks, permits & site paperwork to ensure they are completed and up to date
• Knowledge and experience of all gas plant including, but not limited to commercial gas boilers/water heaters, unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, expansion vessels, pumps, etc.
• The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks)

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Knowledge of gas systems/plant with over 5 years’ experience in a similar Gas/Plumbing/HVAC/Maintenance Engineer role
• Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and have worked in a similar environment
• Health and safety awareness

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3
