Vehicle Technician - Night Shift
Edinburgh
6pm - 6am | Night Shift
Ongoing Contract
£32 - £33 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional automotive operation in Edinburgh on an ongoing contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking for consistent night shift work with competitive hourly rates.
The RoleAs a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete inspections and routine maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- £32 - £33 per hour
- Ongoing contract role
- Consistent night shift pattern
- Immediate start available
