Auto Electrician – Mobile Role (Glasgow/Edinburgh)

We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician or similar professional with an Electrical/Automotive background to join our UK team. The role covers a defined local patch within the UK, primarily within Glasgow and Edinburgh, with additional travel around the UK. You will work both within the workshop and at client sites, taking part in installations of new products, preventive maintenance, and reactive maintenance.

• Diagnose & repair electrical issues in vehicles.
• Undertake installs, PPM (planned preventive maintenance) and reactive maintenance.
• Install and maintain aftermarket products, dash cams, sensor systems, etc.
• Travel to client sites across the Central region using a company vehicle.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with door‑to‑door pay, 1.5× overtime, and 2× pay on Sundays.
• Use provided van, fuel card and receive ongoing training.

• Service Engineer or similar qualification.
• Background in Electric/Automotive industry.
• Full driving licence; willing to travel and stayaway nationally.
• Commutable to Glasgow/Edinburgh.
• Ready to work within a team and further career in a specialist automotive company.

Salary ranges:

• £41,946 rising with service up to £52,512 (inclusive of annual tool allowance).
• £34,176 rising with service up to £43,050 (inclusive of annual tool allowance).
