Overview
3D Personnel is looking for a 2nd Fix Carpenter to participate in a residential development project in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities- Complete all 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting boards, door fittings and architrave.
- Install kitchens.
- Handle any required snagging.
- Perform all other duties on site as instructed.
- Conduct work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card (ideally Blue with an NVQ).
- Must be hard working and driven.
- Must possess a valid /Passport.
- Must have full PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, and safety boots).
- Must own hand and power tools.
- Weekly payroll.
- Dedicated staff support.
- 3D Personnel operates as an employment business.
- Higher pay rates available for experienced construction site workers.
- Pay rate quoted is PAYE Umbrella, with additional deductions from your take‑home hourly rate.
- Certain roles may offer CIS payment options; eligibility may vary.
