No two days are the same. You'll receive hands‑on training, work with a supportive team and develop the skills needed to become a qualified technician.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll learn how to:

• Assist with servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment
• Carry out routine inspections and fault finding
• Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Support workshop and customer service operations
• Record maintenance activities accurately
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Develop practical technical skills through on‑the‑job learning
• Build confidence working independently as your experience grows

• Has a genuine interest in engineering or technical work
• Enjoys learning new skills and solving problems
• Is reliable, motivated and keen to develop
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
