Maintenance Joiner

About The Role:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery duties across a mobile portfolio of customer sites. This is not a static, single-site position.
• Travel between sites to complete responsive, planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Complete repairs, maintenance and remedial works to fire doors, ensuring compliance with relevant fire-door standards.
• Work in accordance with company policies, instructions and training.
• Complete timesheets, job sheets and other relevant documentation accurately and to the satisfaction of your line manager.
• Use authorised plant, tools and equipment provided by the company.
• Work independently while supporting the wider operational team.
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers at each site.

• City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Joinery or Carpentry.
• Considerable experience working as a Joiner or Carpenter.
• Previous experience completing planned, responsive and reactive maintenance works.
• Good knowledge of fire doors and fire-door compliance.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
