Are you a qualified Electrician looking to move into the fast-growing renewable energy sector?

We are looking for experienced Electricians / Electrical Engineers to join a national installation team delivering Solar PV systems, EV chargers and battery storage installations for domestic customers across the UK, to cover a region local to you.

Electricians without renewable experience will still be considered, with training provided for the right candidates.

As a Renewables Electrician / Field Engineer, you will install and commission renewable energy systems in domestic properties while ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation of Solar PV systems, battery storage and EV charging points
• Domestic electrical installation, testing and commissioning
• Ensuring work complies with 18th Edition wiring regulations
• Fault finding and resolving electrical installation issues on site
• Completing installation certification and documentation
• Explaining systems to customers and providing a professional service
• Working safely and maintaining high-quality installation standards

We are looking for qualified electricians with strong electrical installation experience.

Essential:

• City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Minimum 3–5 years electrical installation experience
• Full UK driving licence

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:

• Solar PV installation
• EV charger installation
• Battery storage systems
• Electrical wiring for air source heat pumps

Strong electricians without renewable experience will still be considered.

• £45,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience
