The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience under a licensed master plumber and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working from a Monday–Friday shift.
The candidate should be proficient with maintenance management systems such as Maximus, demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be flexible
