Tended is seeking an Engineering Supervisor/Implementation Lead to drive on-site deployment of safety technology in rail. You will guide client teams through adoption, lead deployments with project managers, and build trusted relationships quickly.
Role requires strong communication, rail experience, and a proactive, coaching mindset to ensure users operate products confidently and safely. Field-based with night shifts and weekend work, travel across the East Coast Route is expected.
