MOBILE MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN JOB OVERVIEW

Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Edinburgh area

Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.

We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.

Our client provides a full spectrum of building services maintenance, including critical, non-critical, and preventative solutions. Their services encompass mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water hygiene, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal building performance throughout their lifecycle

Our client specializes in providing customized facilities management solutions across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, and public services. Their expertise allows them to address the unique challenges and requirements of each sector effectively

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair services for electrical installations, including internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, and distribution boards
• Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
• Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
• Handle basic Mechanical Ppms
• Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.

Approved Electrical Apprenticeship Minimum requirement.

AM2/FICA - Essential

18th Edition Essential.

2391 Testing & Inspection Beneficial.
