The Housing Network seeks a Maintenance Operative in Edinburgh to join our property services team. This full-time role (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30) offers £35,000 and involves maintaining void properties, common areas and carrying out scheduled works to a high standard across our housing stock.
You will travel between properties in a defined region and perform carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and electrical tasks. Essential:
