We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lift Supervisor to join our project team. You will be responsible for ensuring all crane and lifting operations are executed safely, efficiently, and strictly in line with the approved lift plan, method statements, and site safety rules.

Responsibilities
• Direct and oversee day-to-day crane and lifting operations on site.
• Ensure lifts are carried out strictly according to the Appointed Person’s (AP) lift plan; consult the AP before making any necessary field adjustments.
• Verify that all crane operators, slingers, and signallers hold valid competency cards (CPCS/NPORS) and that machinery and tackle inspection certificates are in date.
• Conduct thorough pre-lift briefings/toolbox talks with the lifting crew.
• Monitor ground conditions, weather impacts, and proximity hazards (such as overhead lines or other plant) throughout the operation.
• Ensure rated capacity indicators (RCIs) and safety devices are active and prevent unauthorized overrides.

Proven experience supervising crane lifts within construction, civil engineering, or heavy industrial environments, with working knowledge of LOLER 1998 and BS 7121.## Qualifications
* CPCS A62 Crane Supervisor card (Blue Card) or NPORS equivalent.
* SSSTS* CSCSA CV is required for this vacancy.
