Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Edison, NJ. This role will support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities within a corporate tax environment. The position offers exposure to domestic and international tax matters and may be considered at the Senior or Manager level based on experience. Experience with Corp Tax is preferred.

This role is hybrid onsite in Edison, NJ. Strong experience with corporate income tax is required.

• Prepare complex U.S. federal and state income tax returns and supporting work papers
• Support tax provision activities and monthly cash tax forecasts
• Gather, review, and validate tax data with business partners
• Monitor foreign tax filings and reporting calendars
• Calculate and process estimated federal and state tax payments
• Research and resolve tax issues; recommend process improvements
• Support federal and state tax audits with documentation and analysis
• Assist with tax budgeting, invoice processing, and administrative tasks
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
