Job OverviewPrepare federal, state, and local tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, and exempt organization returns, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
- Review K-1s, shareholder and partner basis schedules, capital accounts, and related tax work papers.
- Assist clients with tax compliance matters, including estimated tax payments, extensions, and state filing requirements.
