Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst
A growing and financially stable organization in the construction and project-based services sector is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to support financial operations, project performance reporting, and business decision-making. This role works closely with leadership and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
What You'll Do- Manage month-end and year-end accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support audits, tax reporting requirements, and financial controls.
- Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards that help leadership evaluate business performance.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Partner with management to improve financial visibility across the organization.
- Review project financial data and track profitability throughout the lifecycle of active work.
- Evaluate cost trends and assist with identifying operational efficiencies.
- Assist with administration and documentation of insurance programs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized records to support audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in construction, project accounting, engineering, or another project-driven environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams.
- Visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership.
- Mix of accounting, financial analysis, and operational finance responsibilities.

Base Salary range is 85k-110k
