Job Title
About the Role:
1) Manage end to end US payroll processing (biweekly & Semimonthly)
2) Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, taxes & deductions.
3) Handle garnishments, benefits & retirement contributions.
4) Ensure compliance with federal, state & local reporting across 50 states.
5) Conduct audits for payroll data and process.
6) Provide monthly & quarterly variance analysis for payroll cost.
7) Provide cash flow and cost projections.
8) Drive automation & process enhancement.
9) Employee benefits administration.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of IRS, DOL, FLSA regulations.
• Bachelor's degree/CPA/CPP.
• Proficient in payroll platforms like SAP, ADP.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
