A multi-billion dollar financial services company located near Edison, NJ (Hybrid Schedule), is looking to add an Accounting Manager to the team. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing private equity fund performance, assisting with the quarterly close process, preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating annual audits, ensuring the accurate flow of financial information through complex investment structures, preparing and reviewing capital calls, investor distributions, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations, ensuring compliance with fund operating agreements, partnership agreements, and investor side letters, partnering with cross-functional teams to support fund operations, reporting requirements, and strategic initiatives, providing technical accounting guidance, identifying opportunities to improve processes and internal controls, and mentoring entry level team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Benefits include salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
