We are hiring immediately for a Railroad Administrative Assistant for the Norfolk Southern Doremus, NJ auto facility in a recession‑proof industry. This is an entry‑level position and no experience is required as we will provide on‑the‑job training. The role is essential and offers the opportunity to work for the #1 intermodal contractor in the United States.

Location: PRS Auto (NS Doremus Railroad), 861 Doremus Ave., Newark, NJ 07105. Applicants must currently live within a 45‑minute commute of Newark, NJ. Out‑of‑area candidates or those requiring relocation will not be considered.

• Complete internal and customer reports.
