Duration: 12+ Months
Essential Qualifications- 6 months to 3 years (up to 5 years) of experience in project coordination or a similar role, in an intermediate/entry-level coordinator capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with documentation, including writing and organizing project documents and meeting notes.
- Experience running or facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on next steps.
- Experience with purchase orders or procurement processes for equipment and materials.
- Exposure to budgeting activities and a basic understanding of cost structures and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
- Foundational project coordination or project management skills, including scheduling, planning, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and how it relates to construction and renovation projects.
- Comfort coordinating large-scale projects and site surveys involving multiple IT teams and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in administrative, communications, or IT roles that involved coordination, documentation, or stakeholder communication.
- Experience supporting project managers or Senior leaders on complex or multi-site projects.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and project planning tools or methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with real estate or facilities teams on construction or renovation initiatives.
- Exposure to healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new project processes, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative in following up on tasks and resolving issues.
