Administrative Role in Catering Industry

At Talent Solutions, we are looking to incorporate an Administrative professional to work in the financial department.
Your responsibilities
· Review of customer delivery notes: closing of flights in SACS and customer systems. Issuance of invoices and payments.
· Management and claim of debt to customers.
· Telephone and email support.
Required skills
- CFGS Administration training.
- Invoicing experience 12 months minimum.
- English level B2.
- Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday 8 hours/day.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP (AR) and general office software.
