Position Overview:As a Warranty Administrator
, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating the resolution of warranty issues. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that warranty procedures are followed correctly. The position will oversee Bentley, Ferrari and Maserati dealerships.
Warranty Claims Management:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturers.
- Ensure that all required documentation and information are included with each claim.
- Track and manage warranty claims to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warranty claims and related correspondence.
- Ensure that all warranty documentation is organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Act as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues and answer any questions.
- Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their warranty concerns and keeping them informed about the status of their claims.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and guidelines related to warranty claims.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline warranty processes and enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure accurate warranty claim submissions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to facilitate necessary repairs and replacements covered under warranty.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturer warranty systems and processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and manufacturers.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and dealership management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher in business or automotive technology is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
