We’re looking for an organized, compassionate
Client Care Coordinator to join our team on-site in Edison, NJ as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their legal journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and never let the details slip through the cracks, we'd love to meet you.
- Welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring they have an exceptional first experience.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and legal staff.
- Track follow-ups so no client question goes unanswered.
- Manage incoming documents, notices, and client files with accuracy.
- Keep case records organized and up to date in the case management system.
- Request client reviews and help maintain an outstanding client experience.
- Proven experience in a client-facing administrative, customer service, legal support, or office coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience tracking tasks, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a history of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM, case management, or other database software.
