Perform cosmetic inspections and final quality checks to ensure customer-ready vehicles;
Execute advanced reconditioning tasks including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing;
Identify defects and determine repair methods to restore vehicles to Car Max standards;
Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot;
Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members to achieve goals
