We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker with 10+ years of high-level experience who operates at an expert level in customs compliance, audit strategy, and regulatory leadership.

Non-Negotiable:- Active U.S. Customs Broker License
- 10+ years progressive customs brokerage experience
- Advanced HTS classification expertise
- Strong CBP audit experience (Focused Assessments, CF28/29 responses, prior disclosures)
- Deep knowledge of PGA compliance, ADD/CVD, valuation, FTZ, drawback
- Direct interface experience with CBP
- Recognized as a top-tier LCB
- Build compliance frameworks— not just process entries
- Led teams or elevated brokerage operations
- Understand risk mitigation at a strategic level
- Sales or business development experience strongly preferred
- Bring commercial awareness along with regulatory mastery
- Own and elevate customs compliance strategy
- Lead audit readiness and regulatory risk mitigation
- Serve as executive-level subject matter expert
- Support strategic growth initiatives
- Strengthen brokerage operations to best-in‑class standards
